Among them, polyurea waterproof coating is one of our core competitive products, featuring ultra-fast curing with gelation in 8 seconds and load-bearing in 30 minutes. Mechanized construction eliminates hidden quality risks from manual operation, and it does not sag during vertical and curved surface construction, making it suitable for all special-shaped building components. The coating is seamless and dense with excellent impermeability and corrosion resistance, free of VOC emissions and heavy metals, complying with EU environmental standards. This product strictly adheres to the requirements of GB/T 23446-2009 Spray Polyurea Waterproof Coatings (Type 1 and Type 2) and DL/T5317-2014 Technical Specification for Polyurea Coating Construction in Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, with a tensile strength of ≥16MPa and elongation at break of ≥450%, whose performance indicators far exceed the industry benchmark. The integrity of the production line is our core confidence to guarantee production capacity and quality. The company has built a full closed-loop production line from raw material processing to finished product inspection: Including automated production lines for raw material proportioning, emulsification reaction, grinding and dispersion, filling and packaging of waterproof coatings (including special high-pressure spray mixing reaction production lines for polyurea waterproof coatings, adapted to the precise mixing construction requirement of 1.1: 1 ratio of component A and B), as well as integrated production lines for base material preparation, composite calendering, vulcanization molding, and roll inspection of waterproof membranes. It is equipped with high-precision testing equipment to conduct real-time monitoring of key indicators such as solid content, tensile strength and elongation at break of products. At present, the annual production capacity of the production line can reach 90, 000 tons of waterproof coatings (including 12, 000 tons of polyurea waterproof coatings) and 20 million square meters of waterproof membranes, which can efficiently respond to the production and delivery needs of large-batch orders while ensuring the quality consistency of each batch of products.
